Why Windsor Lane?

We offer a number of programs to help our patients succeed in accomplishing their goals.

Therapy Services

Our on-site Therapy Department offers Physical, Speech Occupational and Lymphedema Therapy service on both an in-patient and out-patient basis. In addition, Restorative Nursing Care offers ongoing support to patients in need of long term assistance with ambulation.

Our extra large therapy department offers ample space to those receiving therapy service and is also available to those for independent exercise and muscle strengthening programs. Our therapy and nursing departments work together to continue healing and increase mobility toward a goal of improved independence. Therapy staff can also perform assessments of the home environment prior to return home, as part of the discharge planning process.

Our Therapy team has a great deal of experience and training in working with bariatric patients.

Long Term Care

If your loved one is no longer able to live independently, you can be assured that they will be cared for and about at Windsor Lane.

The medical team at Windsor Lane includes a roster of physicians with backgrounds in internal medicine, osteopathic medicine and specialties such as bariatric medicine. Referrals from hospital and community physicians are promptly transitioned to one of our physicians. Of course, your own physician is most welcome to continue to provide for your care during a stay at Windsor Lane.

Respite Care is available at Windsor Lane to provide caregivers with an opportunity to get a break for a few days, a few weeks or even a few months in order to renew their own energies as caregivers at home.

The Windsor Suite is available for residents and families that have chosen to receive Hospice Care. Privacy and comfort are supported by a compassionate staff, working in cooperation with the staff of area hospice agencies. Caring for and about our residents and family is our first priority during this emotional and loving time.
