Opened in 1986, Windsor Lane Healthcare is a 100 bed skilled nursing facility located near Toledo in the small town of Gibsonburg, Ohio. Licensed by the Ohio Department of Health, Windsor Lane is also certified as a provider for both Medicare and Medicaid.
