Windsor Lane Health Care is a privately owned Skilled Nursing Facility just 30 minutes southeast of Toledo in Gibsonburg, Ohio. Licensed by the Ohio Department of Health, Windsor Lane is certified as a provider for Medicare and Medicaid, and approved by many managed care networks.
